Most new returns usually start around $285. Below is our fee schedule. Fees do not usually, but could increase if warranted.

Personal Returns

  • 1040 Pg 1 and 2 – $150.  Please note that to prepare one state return is $45, and the administration fee applied to all returns is $90.  The fee would then be $285 for the return.  Schedules are then added. Thank you for reading.

All eligible returns will be electronically filed at no additional charge. This applies only to returns originally prepared by our firm.

• The above fees are based on a preparer at $175 / hr and a reviewer at $275 / hr; time study, value add factor; and complexity factor

An advance retainer and signed engagement letter will be required for each project each year. Assuming we are on schedule, appointments will be billed starting at appointment time or when the meeting begins, whichever is earlier.
